Worst service ever! Made an appointment for my 2010 corvette on Monday, dropped it off Saturday the 5th, come Thursday the 10th they hadn't touched it! From the receptionist to the repair reps...they are all rude as xxxx. Kept saying "well it is a 2010..." xxx does that mean? Acting like parts for it are rarer than rare! lol Patrick basically dared me to come pick up my car if i wasnt happy. OK, don't threaten me with your loss of business. Picked it up Thursday 4pm. Never, ever again! JERKS! More
I took my 2001 Corvette in for service last September. I left it for a week, and when they still didn’t get to my vehicle by Saturday, I called to say that I was coming to pick up my car. When I got t I left it for a week, and when they still didn’t get to my vehicle by Saturday, I called to say that I was coming to pick up my car. When I got there about an hour later, surprisingly, they had just gotten my vehicle in, and inspected it! They could not tell me where my oil leak was coming from. They did not add dye. They could not tell me what they would charge to repair my AC. And they had no answer as to why my engine warning light was on. The Service manager was not available, and when I spoke briefly to the Sales manager, he acted like it was of no concern to him! I went to John Watson because I had heard some good reports about the service there. Why didn’t I report this before? I work full time and also care for our handicapped brother-in-law. It was the end of the season, so I mostly just parked my car for the winter. Now, it’s very hot, and I plan to drive it in 2 parades on the 4th of July. It is very disappointing that the service was so Poor at this dealership. I have years of experience in Sales and Service at a couple of large Dealerships in Nebraska. Over 5 years as a Salesman at a Chevrolet Dealership and over 11 years as a Service Advisor at a Ford Dealership. I have lived in Layton for about 15 years and I am not in the Auto business here, so I haven’t developed relationships with people from the business. I have tried a few different shops when I needed repairs that I couldn’t do myself, but haven’t found a Corvette specialist that I feel confident with. I am very disappointed that John Watson did not live up to my expectations!!! More
Worst Service Department in the State. Charged me $500 for a repair that did not fix my truck. I have taken it back several time and my truck has spent nearly 3 weeks in the shop. Still not fixed! I didn’t even make it out of their parking lot before I knew it wasn’t fixed. Service Advisor and Service Manager gives you the runaround and is full of excuses. Technician is incompetent. Service Manager refused to give me a refund on my $500 even though my truck is still not fixed. I would never do business with this dealership again, and neither should you. They treat you like you are an idiot. The refuse to listen to anything you have to say. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. I am a loyal GM owner, but I WILL NEVER go back to John Watson. My company buys and services their fleet of trucks there, and I will do everything in my power to change that. More

Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John Watson Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah said that if we could arrive by 4 p.m., they would work us in. Arriving with four minutes to spare, we were provided peace of mind with not only the oil change but also a tire rotation. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the services were free of charge, thanks to Chevrolet's policy on servicing new vehicles, effective at all dealerships apparently. Customer service at John Watson Chevrolet was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend this dealership. More
Incredible Service I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I was told they'd try to get it all done (with the recall repair), but that it would take a couple hours or more. I was happy to wait, but it was all completed in just a little over an hour. Incredible service for my car and superb customer service!! More
