Peace of mind came with oil change More than 500 miles from home, we realized we badly needed an oil change. Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John Watson Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah said that if we could arrive by 4 p.m., they would work us in. Arriving with four minutes to spare, we were provided peace of mind with not only the oil change but also a tire rotation. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the services were free of charge, thanks to Chevrolet's policy on servicing new vehicles, effective at all dealerships apparently. Customer service at John Watson Chevrolet was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend this dealership. More

Incredible Service I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I was told they'd try to get it all done (with the recall repair), but that it would take a couple hours or more. I was happy to wait, but it was all completed in just a little over an hour. Incredible service for my car and superb customer service!! More
