To much time not good info Had a apptfor 8:00am for a software update recall, told it would only take one hour to a hour in a half to complete I was there for three and a half h Had a apptfor 8:00am for a software update recall, told it would only take one hour to a hour in a half to complete I was there for three and a half hours I do understand things happen just let the customer know so we can be aware, I did talk with a female supervisor and she was very helpful and Pleasant She made things happen for me, when I check on my truck two in a half hour later there have not even starting the process that’s when I call the supervisor and everything change for the good thank you More

Transmission went out and cracked Exhaust manifold Bryon was very professional and did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my repair and the process. He clled when they found the crack in Bryon was very professional and did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my repair and the process. He clled when they found the crack in the manifold so that I could go ahead and get that fixed as well. I appreciated that he arranged for me to get a loaner car and i didnt have to try and search for or go through the expense of a rental. molly made the loaner process quick and efficient. I will be back when I need something else. More

Dent on door Prior to getting my car serviced at the dealership, I hand washed my car the evening before... I opted to clean the inside of the car until the servic Prior to getting my car serviced at the dealership, I hand washed my car the evening before... I opted to clean the inside of the car until the service was complete. Walking into the service center, I was not greeted only looked at, after speaking I asked the guy that wass closest to the door (I don't know his name) did I park in the right spot, he replied yes that is fine and directed me to next available person. The older guy on the far end (he was straight forwarded which is fine). He asked the general questions, What brings you in here? Do you have an appointment? etc. I advise him that I wanted the complete care service, there was a recall on the car and No, I didn't have an appointment set. He then advised me that it would take around 1 - 1 1/2 hr to complete and that he would work me in. Im not sure how long it actually took to complete to service because I was talking to the parts guy about weather mats and to other employees of the dealership. Returning to the service office, the older guy did state that he was looking for me..(they are much friendlier on the other side...lol). After leaving the dealership I went home (house) and decided to go ahead and place my business magnets on the front car door. Upon me doing so, I notice the nice size dent that was left on my front passage door in the crease area... Everytime I look at the door I become upset and disappointed because I took my car to the dealership to be taken care of, not for it to get damaged. The following day, it was raining, so I had to use my windshield wipers and guess what I found another issue that I didnt have before going to get my car service. Let's just said this I'm not sure what happened over in the service department but this is a brand new car. Like I just purchased this car the end of June, there is no way my left wipers should be bad already. I will not get my car serviced here again. The Parts, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and even Allstate, I've had great experiences with them all, they really set the bar high. Also going off the experiences that I've had with the other departments, the expectations that I had for the service center was unmatched. More
