Service Came in for a multi point inspection 11/19/18 & didn’t get the offer. They didn’t top fluids(Antifreeze) or rotate the tires. These things had to be p Came in for a multi point inspection 11/19/18 & didn’t get the offer. They didn’t top fluids(Antifreeze) or rotate the tires. These things had to be pointed out and the service rep acted as if I was lying when I’m paying for the service. He was able to call the service tech and get antifreeze topped but what else could have not been checked? Gave excuse that tires had to many weights on it so they didn’t rotate. God forbid something hAppens while headed to Fl fir the holidays due to poor service. I took my silverado to chevy dealer for certificated care of my care and service. Highly disappointed and I should have spoken with a general manager on Monday even tho they took care of the $49.00 fee, my care service and safety is worth more that $49.00. More

RJ WAS SUPER SUPER AWESOME I had the best experience working with RJ. I tore both tires up and a wheel, while driving. I called into the dealership on Friday and talked to Me. E I had the best experience working with RJ. I tore both tires up and a wheel, while driving. I called into the dealership on Friday and talked to Me. Ej, he treated me so kind. He was super professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly AWESOME. He was able to get my care scheduled in for the following Monday. He worked his magic and got me a wheel replacement and 2 tires. I didnt have to put forth much effort at all. RJ did all the work. I seriously think this guy's needs a raise. RJ is an excellent representative of John Thornton Chevrolet. I love everything about his spirit and his work ethic. I will never drive any other car than a Chevy. Thank you RJ More

Always A Pleasant Experience :-) I purchased my 2015 Chevy Malibu here back in November of 2014. The entire experience was memorable. The service center is state of the art.
