Oil change I had a complimentary oil change yesterday! I came in without an appointment but Jarrod was able to fit me in & they gave me a ride to the nearby App I had a complimentary oil change yesterday! Service and body shop Because I wasn’t told the day I made purchase that I only had 30 days to report any issues I have now been told I mite have to pay for a new window th Because I wasn’t told the day I made purchase that I only had 30 days to report any issues I have now been told I mite have to pay for a new window that was already damaged,when anyone would have thought at 1st that it was bird crap on bug crap so that helped time pass,there should be appointments in system that I had to cancel for this issue do to your business hours. So I finally take a day off from work to fix window only to sit there for 2 hrs n 20 mins to be told we can’t fix it....who wants a 350000 truck with a messed up window and who won’t report issues in 30 days if that’s what they were told and if u count the appointments I had to cancel do to your business hours I did report issues in less than 30 days and Byron the service guy customer service sucks. More

Check Engine Light I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the next morning, but the light had gone out and the error code had gone to history, so nothing was resolved. After a lull, the light came on with increasing frequency, and I brought the truck in last Tuesday with the light still on. Tim wrote it up and gave me a loaner while the problem was being checked out. I picked the truck up the next afternoon with nothing found for certain, but the computer was reflashed. So far (half a day), the light has been out, so I'm hoping it has been fixed; otherwise, its coming back to the shop.. More

Service at Thornton Chevrolet I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at Thornton Chevrolet. What a positive experience.....I walked in and they immediately took my vehicle bac I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at Thornton Chevrolet. What a positive experience.....I walked in and they immediately took my vehicle back. While waiting, someone advised me 10 minutes in, that they were working on it!!
