The only issue I had is they had a your model newer than my Chevrolet Equinox I purchased a 2017 the same night an alert came up with a 2018 I asked if we could come up with something on a trade to the 2018 my Chevrolet Equinox I purchased a 2017 the same night an alert came up with a 2018 I asked if we could come up with something on a trade to the 2018 even in the LS trim have just a few more modern features more similar to the 2017 Malibu I was replacing after a deer hit me. The guy that sold the 2017 Equinox was even a little sarcastic with me. That's my only gripe I'm still not happy with that my Facebook and social media friends will know as well. More

Could not wrap my mind around the $10. 00 shop fee, when you charge $100.00 to install a battery. Advance auto install a battery for free when you purchase it. I bought a car that they did the minimum service on. I knew that the AC needed charging and didn't mind if it was added to the price of the car. The front tires have punctures on the sides and they didn't say if they checked the coolant. I have bought a car from John Thornton before so this is why I came back....... big mistake. No even contacted me from my calls to get service that I am willing to pay for. I know the car was bought"as is" but I expected better from John Thornton. I can't recommend anyone to purchase from John Thornton because I'm not satisfied with my purchase and no one seems to care.
