Mr. Victor was great at showing us around and explaining the different mid size SUV's until we decided on the Traverse. My dislike with most dealerships are the length of time they keep you and all the back and forth on negotiating the price. We explained to Mr. Victor that we didn't want that experience and we just wanted the best price for our trade-in. Everyone got together and came back with the price we was looking for the first time around which made the process great. I also like to thanks Ms. Marva for her assistance when Mr. Victor was busy with another customer. That is also a plus that another salesperson was able to help. The other 3 dealerships made us wait when our original salesperson was busy. More
