Service Came in for a multi point inspection 11/19/18 & didn’t get the offer. They didn’t top fluids(Antifreeze) or rotate the tires. These things had to be pointed out and the service rep acted as if I was lying when I’m paying for the service. He was able to call the service tech and get antifreeze topped but what else could have not been checked? Gave excuse that tires had to many weights on it so they didn’t rotate. God forbid something hAppens while headed to Fl fir the holidays due to poor service. I took my silverado to chevy dealer for certificated care of my care and service. Highly disappointed and I should have spoken with a general manager on Monday even tho they took care of the $49.00 fee, my care service and safety is worth more that $49.00. More

Totally misleading I will never step foot in your dealership again. I came in based on a 0% interest rate. The deal was shoved down my throat after you ran my credit. All the sudden I was trading in a vehicle at 0% interest to buying one at 5.9%. Total switch and bait. I’ve forwarded the paperwork to my attorney. On top of being screwed on the deal I had to drive from Nashville to get the second key that wasn’t available at delivery. I’m surprised you’ve been in business this long. I will be filing a complaint with bbb tomorrow now that I am home. Will also contact GM financial to see what I can do to cancel the contract and rewrite to take advantage of the 0% that the salesperson and manager said wasn’t available. More
