Both Donna and Jarod have helped me with problems, sometimes with very short notice, in in the past, and, as a customer since 2005, it's nice to see familiar faces who know me when I come in. It's unusual to see long-time dealership employees in the Atlanta market and is a testament that John Thornton Chevrolet is doing things right.
