Poor Service I was charged over $1600 for an antifreeze leak that I was assured was 100% fixed when I picked up my car. After a few days I noticed the leak was bac I was charged over $1600 for an antifreeze leak that I was assured was 100% fixed when I picked up my car. After a few days I noticed the leak was back. I took my car back to Walker Cadillac Buick GMC and was told by the service department that it was another issue. The customer service was very rude and nasty. Before they started work on the car I asked them to complete a full inspection and to let me know all that was wrong. Now that the car is still leaking antifreeze, and they have ripped me off, they don't want to take responsibility for not doing the job right. Basically I just paid them to do nothing. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. More
