This was my first visit to the service department. The call for an appointment was easy and I called on Friday and had a 10:00 appointment on Monday. I actually worked with 3 different people- a check in guy, a lady who told me the problem and cost then came to tell me the repair was done, and a guy who helped with check out and pay when the lady was called away. They all seem to pitch in and help as needed for a smooth process. More
