I am the daughter of an 85 year old customer. I brought her vehicle in to be serviced since she is at high risk for COVID. While the service I received was good, I couldn’t have been more disappointed in t her vehicle in to be serviced since she is at high risk for COVID. While the service I received was good, I couldn’t have been more disappointed in the lack of concern for customers during a pandemic. Sadly, I, my husband, and my sister were the only ones wearing a mask. Not a single employee or customer in the very small waiting room were wearing masks. No sign asking customers to wear a mask. I saw one sign saying the waiting room had been disinfected, but what good is that with employees and customers moving through the room eating and touching everything. Of course, prominently displayed was a disclaimer that the dealership could not be held liable if someone catches COVID. I am still shocked at the lack of concern for customers’ safety. More
I arrived on time, and Steven took my car right in for service. He mentioned that my CT 6 had a recall on the parking brake. They took care of that while I was there. Service was good and employees were friendly but I was disappointed to see that masks were not required or even suggested for customers or employees. Everything was great when I went to the dealership. I never had to wait for anything. I pulled up, showed them a video of what was wrong and they said we will get it taken care of, a short time later I g never had to wait for anything.
