I can’t say enough about John Thornton.... everyone is so so so nice! Everything was so easy! We live 4 hours away and we loved the Navigator they had but our car was totaled so it was going to be hard to so so nice! Everything was so easy! Service was good and employees were friendly but I was disappointed to see that masks were not required or even suggested for customers or employees. I pulled up, showed them a video of what was wrong and they said we will get it taken care of, a short time later I g never had to wait for anything.
