If I could give this dealership a 0 that score would still be too high for the service I received. I was looking to but sensible preowned vehicle. After agreeing to a $0 price deduction for being a cash buyer I was told by the Used Car Manager Glenn that he could sell this vehicle to several other people and I could pay the entire balance today even though I was not taking delivery of the car until the scratches were buffed out of the door. The experience of purchasing a car is supposed to be memorable. After being yelled at for no apparent reason I gathered my dignity and took my business back to AutoNation. They didn't even bother to wash the car before they showed it to me! More

I just bought another car today adding to many from the past. From Jon Day and for years now I've been referring people to Jon because let's face it buying cars can be dangerous business. Well Jon my trusted Hero he's in Florida on vacation. Crap-Jon refers me to Shane Oldham . Step 4 visiting the dealer for the car of my affections. So we meet Shane and what do you know we're childhood friends. John Thornton guy take our trade for appraisal. Shane an I begin the negotiations and strangely enough HONESTY+rebates+this that and more. I'm like really digging this deal right. appraiser returns and his numbers freaking match mine.
