I took my 2014 E350 in for a wheel alignment. Needed new rear subframe. Job completed in a timely manner. I was so pleased with the work and extremely pleased with the alignment, that I scheduled Needed new rear subframe. Job completed in a timely manner. I was so pleased with the work and extremely pleased with the alignment, that I scheduled my 2010 C300 for an alignment with the same technician. (C300, only 30,000miles and in pristine condition- for which I have been unable to find a competent Mercedes technician, to do a satisfactory alignment for the last 10-12 years-1st alignment was performed then and car came out without being correctly aligned and has not been fixed yet). My rear tires were ruined due to cupping. So, the alignment was done and the car seems to feel quite different (in a good way). However, I will need to replace rear tires (deafening noise) and monitor thread wear to see if problems were actually corrected. So far I’m extremely pleased with the work that was performed. More
