Repair work to van was quick and great but was not told prior to work being completed that the van had to be picked up within 2 days of work being completed. I had to pull an employee off his vacation in prior to work being completed that the van had to be picked up within 2 days of work being completed. I had to pull an employee off his vacation in order to pick the van up. A policy like that should be communicated before the service work is completed so staffing can be planning accordingly. If not for that I would give you 5 stars. More

Great dealership but wait time for express service was understated. They told me 1 -1 1/2 hours to get a new battery.My appointment was at 2:00. I got there at 1:40 but did not get out till 4:30.
