Excellent service. Really took care of some warranty work I needed quickly. No issues at all, and didn’t miss a beat as I was able to use the loaner car for a week. I took my car into JS Mercedes by flatbed on Fri September 6th for a shift assembly replacement because Theft Protection Coding has to be done by Mercedes. It was worked on the following week of Se September 6th for a shift assembly replacement because Theft Protection Coding has to be done by Mercedes. It was worked on the following week of Sept 9th and it was finished on Friday September 13th. I picked it up that Saturday on the 14th. The repair cost was $1498. I take extremely good care of the car. It was the first major repair that I’ve had to have on it for quite some time and then less than 4 days later on Tue morning of the 17th, the whole right side of my car’s suspension had failed and I had to once again have it flatbedded back to JS Mercedes because I had no idea what the problem was. It just made me scratch my head going from not having any problems with the car after having the shift assembly replaced and then less than 4 days later the whole right side of my car suspension failed. The first repair cost me $1498. I’m terrified to think what this repair is going to cost me and it just makes me scratch my head as to why this second major malfunction occurrence happened so quickly after picking it up. Could the 1st repair have caused the 2nd malfunction? Other than that I did appreciate the service that was provided to me by the ladies upfront, and I truly appreciated the loaner car as well. I wasn’t happy however, having to bring the car back the following Friday Sept 20th to have it diagnosed to find out what the problem is now that’s causing the right side suspension failure. Between the $1498 repair 4 days prior, then being recently diagnosed with cancer and now having another, probably quite expensive repair on this car in less than 1 week’s time, is very unsettling to me. I’m not sure why this all happened. Hopefully just coincidence. I don’t even know if I can afford to repair this car again now at this time. My funds are very tight as it is. I pray it’s something that is affordable to repair. More
