I like the dealership but overall am beginning to lose confidence in Mercedes mechanics. I had to return for this visit, it seems, from an issue that should have been tested/updated on the visit 2 weeks p confidence in Mercedes mechanics. For someone whose time is at a premium, I am struggling with continually having to return to Mercedes for service. I am contemplating switching car brands, which saddens me greatly! More
