Our van sat for 1 month before getting looked at. We made several attempts of calling the dealer, however, the only way we got our vehicle in the shop after a month was by calling Mercedes customer s We made several attempts of calling the dealer, however, the only way we got our vehicle in the shop after a month was by calling Mercedes customer service and having a three way call with the assistant service manager whom spoke in circles of excuses as to why it wasn't in the shop including not scheduling a tow truck to tow or van into the shop. Luckily our call was recorded because our customer service representative from Mercedes stated Brittany was very disrespectful and didn't make much sense with her excuses as they could also call their roadside to set up a tow. More
