They no longer take credit cards for the service charges without additional fees. After giving them a personal check (no fees) they then harassed me looking for my driver's license to make sure the check w without additional fees. After giving them a personal check (no fees) they then harassed me looking for my driver's license to make sure the check was good. It took 4 phone calls to set up the service due to their utilization of a ai phone robot. I also get the feeling in general that I'm being ripped off, but I don't have any proof. Just a guy feeling. John Sisson Mercedes is a great dealership. My new car was serviced immediately when I brought it to the dealership. They provided a free loaner, and kept me up with daily updates on the progre My new car was serviced immediately when I brought it to the dealership.
