The drive to Manchester was pleasant and well worth the trip considering our disappointment with visits to Toyota dealerships in the Nashville/Franklin area. Although the deal was largely done prior to my arrival, the dealership staff made it a more positive experience than what I anticipated. I have a strong preference for family-owned dealerships after excessive pressure to sell add-on warranty, dqealer installed options and insurance from the "corporate" dealerships that have purchased so many local dealers. Glad to have discovered John Roberts Toyota. More

My instructions to phone me when service was completed got mixed up, so that when service rep finally called, she seemed annoyed that my car had been ready for sometime. Friendly at check out.
