By far, the best dealership I’ve ever worked with Chris Elam was very courteous and worked hard to find the right car for me, even with year end deals going on! Then, he was understanding in getting our trades taken care of and working with us when we weren’t able to get to the dealership during the day. He stayed late to see that my deal was done and on the day we closed, my wife was in a hurry to get out of town, and he made sure that our paperwork was ready when we walked in, and we were out in 15 minutes! Talk about going the “extra mile”...this is the 4th vehicle we’ve purchased through John Roberts! More
