Thanks, Paul Loyd! Last Saturday, we were almost to our destination after driving several hundred miles from Florida. Just before our exit, we hit a piece of rubber on the road which dislodged the plastic around the wheel well. We could not secure the part nor could we remove it so we stopped in at John Roberts Nissan in Manchester, TN for help. Fortunately, Paul Loyd was there that afternoon. Paul went above and beyond to find parts to complete the repair and sent us along our way to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. Thanks to Paul, our vacation was off to a much better start and we are so very appreciative of his kindness and help. More

I had a problem with the airbag light flashing on my 2015 Frontier but John Roberts Nissan fixed it right, were very friendly and concerned. This dealership knows how to treat their customers right. Brought Nissan Versa in for Express Service - oil change and tire rotate. Took one hour. Dealer has a 30 min guarantee on Express Service or the next Express Service is free. When I asked about the gua and tire rotate. Took one hour. Dealer has a 30 min guarantee on Express Service or the next Express Service is free. When I asked about the guarantee at checkout, the person on the desk advised me that the 30 min was from the time the car went on the rack until finished. So, he declined to give me the next service free. I did not press the point, but on the way home called the service manager, Jason Skipper, who basically gave the me same line. So, when it comes to an Express Service Guarantee at this dealership, there really is none. My bottom line is: If I as a customer come in for Express Service and it takes longer than 30 min for me to drive out with my car, then this dealer is not meeting their guarantee. Any explaination of rack time is just smoke and mirrors. I advised Jason that I will take my business and the servicing of my four vehicles elsewhere. Too bad, because as new folks in town last year we really like doing business locally. At this point we will probably either find a local mechanic who will treat us better or just have a known dealer do the work next time we are in Nashville. More

Michael was very helpful in providing the necessary information to allow me to order the correct parts for my daughter's Xterra windshield wiper transmission. I feel if he had not gone above and beyond information to allow me to order the correct parts for my daughter's Xterra windshield wiper transmission. I feel if he had not gone above and beyond by faxing me a schematic of the linkage assembly along with part descriptions, I could have very easily ordered incorrect parts and spent money unnecessarily. He was able to bridge the gap between my mechanic's description of the problem and what I most likely needed to fix it. More
