The only reason I said mostly painless was because quite frankly, there is always some pain involved when buying a new vehicle, usually financial. Simply the BEST! I just purchased a 2017 Camaro RS from John Megel Chevrolet and after 40 years of car buying for a total of 35+ new vehicles this was by far the best I just purchased a 2017 Camaro RS from John Megel Chevrolet and after 40 years of car buying for a total of 35+ new vehicles this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. First off the design of their building inside and out is very welcoming and it is nice and quiet inside regardless of how busy they are which helps take some of the stress out of the buying process. I dealt with Will and Bradley and if I could create my own perfect automotive sales associate I would use these two gentlemen as the mold. Will has been there for 13+ years and Bradley 7+ which says a lot about the dealership and the owners as well. Everyone we came in contact with seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and there wasn't a single second during the entire process that I felt any pressure to buy from them and it took me a full week to decide on this particular car. For me, the process of buying a car typically gets worse as you work your way to the finance person and that part of the process was just as pleasant as the rest. My 17 year old daughter was with me each time I visited the dealership and on the way home in the new car she said, "why do so many people say buying a new car is such a hateful process, because this was great!" Lastly, this was by far and away the quickest car buying experience I have ever had because they cut out all of the B.S. games that are normally played. It literally took 1/3 of the time it normally takes and I am sure buying during the week helped some, but I promise you that these guys have this down to a science and they genuinely appreciate their customers. If their service department is as good as their sales department you will likely see me doing backflips in their parking lot because it is so rare to find this level of service in any type of business these day.
