Great Customer Service - we returned for another Subaru! Our salesman, Tony Rossi, was great and we got a super deal on the car and our trade-in with the PA Horticultural Society discount. We returned 2 weeks after purchasing the car for a session to review the features of the car and have questions answered and we received a $50 gift card. We already know that the service department is great, from our experience with the Forester – clean and comfortable waiting area that includes work stations for your computer, a café with free coffee, tea, muffins/doughnuts, and spotlessly clean bathrooms. It’s true that a Subaru rarely needs service and that they are wonderful on all types of roads and weather conditions. We love the new eyesight features on our new Outback. More

2011 Subaru Legacy I took my daughter to purchase her first new car last Saturday. Fortunately we were allowed to look out on the lot for 15 minutes before being greeted I took my daughter to purchase her first new car last Saturday. Fortunately we were allowed to look out on the lot for 15 minutes before being greeted by our salesman Tom. I like to look at the cars on my own before being approached so timing was spot on. Tom showed us several other cars and helped us pick one out. Very personable low pressure test drive, and he was very knowledgeable in regards to the Subaru. When we got back to the showroom we sat down and worked all the numbers out. While the sales manager Kyle didn't accept my offer for the car, he did come back with an offer that was pretty close to where we needed to be. I did like the fact that Tom and Kyle worked on pricing for the car and the warranty first. Then after we all agreed on a price talked about financing. This was our 10th family car purchase from the Kennedy auto group and as usual was great as we expected. They got my daughter a great rate with our local bank on a great certified pre own Subaru, with very little money down and an affordable payment. I must say my daughter was a little intimidated by all the paper work in the finance office, but even though the dealership was very busy, Brigham took his time to explain everything in detail. Very nice touch. The dealership was closing at 5pm, but the detail guys stayed late to remove the window stickers and touch up the car. Great overall experience, thanks Tom, Kyle and Brigham. More
So, I got my tire replaced but can no longer bother Anthony. I bought a brand new 2015 Subaru Impreza from this dealer 07/15/15. Originally they wanted to sell the car to me for $19.250 We talked it down to an e I bought a brand new 2015 Subaru Impreza from this dealer 07/15/15. Originally they wanted to sell the car to me for $19.250 We talked it down to an even 19k. A month later, as I left for work I noticed a weird sound coming from the car so I pulled over a block down and realized one of my tires had a flat. I thought it was odd since I don't remember running over anything or hitting any pot holes. So I swap the tire for the spare and headed to Pepboys. They said the hole was on the side of the tire so it couldnt be patched up and I needed a new tire. Shocked, because its only been a month since I bought the car I called the dealership. I wasn't able to reach the salesperson that sold me the car so I asked to be transfered to the general manager, Anthony. I told him about this situation and if Subaru was going to be able to cover my tired despite me not having gotten the tire coverage since I honestly don't believe I caused the hole. He told me they won't cover the tired because chances are that I probably hit a curb or something causing the hole on the side and that that happens all the time, but if I wanted I could bring the car in and they'd take a look at it. So two days later on my day off of work I drove on the spare tire from Philadelphia to Norristown to find out that was Anthony's day off as well. So I headed back to Philadelphia and thought Id come back the next day. On my way home I stopped into the Car Care Center to have them check out the tire again. And after looking at it, the said the hole was on the inside of the wheel, so it couldn't have been because I drove into a curb. So the next day I came back to the dealer. I saw Anthony, he didn't look busy but for some reason he had someone else serviced me. So I explained the whole thing to this other guy he ran it by Anthony and came back with another theory of why it was probably my fault and that they won't cover me for the tired, BUT what they WILL HELP me with was look up the price I would pay for a new tire/installation. So we went into the service area together and Anthony shows up and asks me, "So whats the problem?" Thats probably when we started arguing. Half way through the argument Anthony said here's what he'll do for me, he'll pay for half the price on my tire, $80; and only charge me $399 for the tire protection oppose to the original $599. I declined and said told him I didn't want to spend money there anymore, I mentioned wanting to write a review about my experience and that I just wanted to leave with my flat tire. That's when the general manager of John Kennedy Subaru responded with, "You know what, I'll pay for you tire/installation etc. but don't bother me anymore. And make sure you mention in your review that I gave you a free brand new tire." Then walked out. So, I got my tire replaced but can no longer bother Anthony. More

When I walked up to one of the male sales manag I walked around inside the sales office / show room hoping someone would help me but they ignored me. When I walked up to one of the male sales managers and asked if he could answer a few questions, he told me that they were busy and short-staffed, even though he wasnt with a customer. I would have expected him to aplogize and ask if I minded waiting for a few minutes, or to take my number and get back to me, but he didn't. I walked out and went to another dealership that was happy to work with me. I will not be going back to John Kennedy. More
New 2015 Legacy Purchase! Kennedy was great! Turned in my 2012 Impreza for a new 2015 Legacy lease in July. Anthony and Marie were extremely helpful. Explained everything and my new lease payments are less than my prior lease. I will also be returning here for service, the dealership is currently being renovated. I absolutely love my new Legacy! I drove out from CC Philly and would definitely recommend coming to Kennedy if you're looking a new Subaru. More
