This included, among other things, handling our trade-in, arranging a payoff on my existing loan, contacting my insurance company for updated paperwork, and securing new tags. Next, we met with Brigham Lynn, who thoroughly reviewed with us all of the paperwork and financing and explained all the warranty and maintenance options. Finally, we closed out our time with Kennedy Subaru by meeting with Zach Cobb, who carefully described the new car's features. The paperwork (even the business manager had a good sense of humor and was highly efficient despite his dot matrix printer) and delivery process went without a hitch. No surprises on the numbers- exactly as anticipated. I had shopped for this car among 5 dealers and they easily came in with the lowest price and was able to find exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. Most importantly Dan was very patient to go through the many features of our new computer on wheels. On the lighter side, we took delivery at night and left in POURING rain (for a car I had not driven- not even test drove) and the car handled great is terrible conditions. More
