Over the years the foam had flattened out and the metal was beginning to poke through. Not a very comfortable ride. We thought we had to replace the entire seat. After talking to the Service Advisor, Brian Kisiel, he advised that he would find a lower cost way to repair it. Using the advice from the Service Manager Thomas Listello and Service Advisor Brian Kisiel, they completed the repairs with the utmost satisfaction.
