Although there has been some time since the purchase, we certainly invite you to bring the vehicle in so we can take a good look at it. We are very sorry for the experience you had with us. An apology will regrettably not alter the outcome, but please know we are sorry for how your visit concluded. Jason overwhelmingly receives accolades for his assistance with all his customers, so we were surprised to see your review. We asked him about your visit, and he explained that he genuinely tried to help, but it was the friend (not family) who accompanied you that made the experience difficult. The Explorer you saw did stay online for a short time while the accounting process was taking place and it, unfortunately, sold vehicles do not come off the websites when someone agrees to purchase it. The paperwork does take some time to process, and when the delivery is finalized, the website is updated that night. Jason does regret the way the discussion ended up and admitted that the friend you had negotiating for you was why it went that way. Although he may not have explained it adequately, Jason was correct in his explanation to your friend. That said, we are sorry for the way it was communicated. We want you to know we appreciate you posting your experience. Only through feedback such as yours can we improve upon the service we provide for our customers. Again, please accept our apologies, and we wish you luck in your search for a vehicle.
