I would give the company the highest recommendation for the purchasing process and their integrity in honoring the purchase agreement. I had noted a few issues during the test drive of the vehicle I purch the purchasing process and their integrity in honoring the purchase agreement. I had noted a few issues during the test drive of the vehicle I purchased which they had just received themselves into inventory. Since the vehicle had not received their standard full inspection since it was so new to their lot, they agreed to cover the costs of whatever was needed to resolve the issue. I think we both felt this would be relatively minor; however, the actual repairs were a bit more than expected. As a testament to their integrity, they fully honored their word on making sure it was fixed properly even though it was more costly than expected. I know there is always apprehension buying a used vehicle; however, I would not hesitate to buy from John Jones Automotive again since I know their word is their bond to do what is right for the customer. It was refreshing to find that integrity still matters to John Jones Automotive and I would highly recommend the Greenville dealership when in need of a quality vehicle you can purchase with confidence.
