Brought my 2001 honda accord from TN when I moved car would not start. Payed. 110.00 for diagnostic no help there. Had to have it towed back I fixed the problem it was ECM I replaced and had a 3 I clock would not start. Payed. 110.00 for diagnostic no help there. Had to have it towed back I fixed the problem it was ECM I replaced and had a 3 I clock appt. at 430 they started they close at 5 I have 3 kids and I needed my car. They didn't they didn't have time to finish program the ECM they wanted to keep it 1 more day to finish and charge me again for service I already paid for my wife needed the car when she drove it the mileage, speedometer, the temp gauge, sunroof, cruise control didn't work it still don't work they refuse to complete the job and one of the techs told my tow driver to take it to the scrap yard!!!!! I don't have the best credit but I was treated as if I had an 800 score. The sale was not rushed at all, everyone at the dealership was incredibly nice and knowledgable. Even though I purchased a used I had an 800 score. The sale was not rushed at all, everyone at the dealership was incredibly nice and knowledgable. Even though I purchased a used vehicle that was not a Honda, the salesman did a great walk around and new the features of the vehicle that I would be interested in. I really appreciate the everyone at john howerton Honda. I will definitely recommend them in the future. More

I went to the dealership with all intent of buying a new car because of the current specials that Honda was advertising. I owned a 2011 CRV and wanted to upgrade to a 2014 CRV. Everyone was nice and willing to work with us on our deal. Jim Copenhaver was able to find the spare key for me, which was great. One of the only disappointing thing was that they didnt fill the car u deal. Jim Copenhaver was able to find the spare key for me, which was great. One of the only disappointing thing was that they didnt fill the car up with gas, was told they are not allowed to fill up used cars. Everywhere else that we have dealt with in buying a used car does fill the gas tank up. Overall had a good experience. More

My experience at John Howerton Honda was wonderful. Jason and Jim worked hard to get me a very nice vehicle that was within my budget. It didn't quite work out but I am not giving up. They were super nice to and Jim worked hard to get me a very nice vehicle that was within my budget. It didn't quite work out but I am not giving up. They were super nice to me especially after I told them about a not so great experience with another dealer down the road.
