Truck was delivered on Friday February 14th. Called Monday morning to check status and was told engine would turn over. Asked about a loaner and was told they would have one available. Showed up Monday evening and was told they could one in a couple of days. Since this is my only vehicle I was a little mad. Then I asked how long it would be in shop and they told me that was a good question and they had no idea. I asked how I was supposed to get to work and I was told to borrow one. I didn’t find it funny. Carter Chevrolet sent tow truck to pick up vehicle and had me in a loaner same day. Needless to say you could learn a little bit from them. More
Service department was easy to contact and schedule service. The service was done just as promised and on schedule. Shannon Crawford was our Service Advisor and she was great! John Holt Chevrolet fixed a speedometer problem on my 2017 1500 Silverado at NO charge. Merit GMC in Duncan charged me around $2,000 to replace a drive axle and parts for my speedometer which was not fix 2017 1500 Silverado at NO charge.
