My car had been sitting at a dealership in Norman for over a week because they “just couldn’t get to it” even though I had an appointment. I picked up my car and immediately got an appointment with John over a week because they “just couldn’t get to it” even though I had an appointment. I picked up my car and immediately got an appointment with John Holt for the next morning. When I dropped it off, they told me they’d call me no later than the next day. I got a call about two hours later to let me know my car was ready to go. It had a recall relating to the brake pedal that caused the check engine light to come on. It didn’t cost me a dime and everyone was so nice. They gave professional, superior service and now have a customer for life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! More
