That’s why we pride ourselves with putting our customers first, not only during the sales process and in our service department, but throughout our entire dealership. At John Holt Auto Group our dealer is a working dealer and he’s always available to help our customers whether it’s with purchasing a vehicle, answering questions, offering guests something hot or cold to drink to listening to a customer with a valid complaint.
We know our dealer, John Holt, has a passion for people, whether it’s helping an employee, or taking care of one our guests. John has had over 35 years’ experience in this business and has brought that experience to Chickasha back in 1999 when he started this business and still today his passion is probably burning brighter today then the day he started.
Matter of fact when he was searching for a tag line for the dealership he asked employees, customers and friends what they thought. One of them said “If I know you like I do, the hardest thing to do when purchasing a vehicle from you, John, would probably be picking their favorite color.” And so the tag line was born 17 years ago and customers still today tell John the hardest thing I had to do is pick my favorite color, meaning that the sales and service process was transparent and totally effortless. “That’s why I continue to do business here year after year and vehicle after vehicle.”

I have a extended warranty that was purchased with the vehicle. I took my car in and was told it needs a new transmission. I was also told my out of pocket was over 2000 for a rebuilt transmission. Fast f vehicle. I took my car in and was told it needs a new transmission. I was also told my out of pocket was over 2000 for a rebuilt transmission. Fast forward and took it back in a couple months later and was told I needed a air compressor. My out of pocket was going to be several hundred over warranty. Compressor itself was 400 over what the warranty would pay plus labor cost more than allowed by warranty.The warranty company said if I buy the part from them it's 100 shipping and handling. After the compressor was put in I received a call stating that now after they put the compressor on something blew and now the condenser and something else also will have to be replaced. I am being charged for evac and recharge 2x even though I havent had the car back yet. I also never asked for a loaner car, I always made arrangements for a vehicle myself. I am in the market for a new vehicle but after I get my car back this time I will not be on their lot again. I always had my work and oil changes there so it would be local, not now. I told them this and was told ok, I can take it elsewhere. Obviously they do not value my business More
