At John Holt Auto Group we recognize that you can buy or service your vehicle at numerous dealerships that offer the same products and services we do and sometimes for the same prices. That’s why we pride ourselves with putting our customers first, not only during the sales process and in our service department, but throughout our entire dealership. At John Holt Auto Group our dealer is a working dealer and he’s always available to help our customers whether it’s with purchasing a vehicle, answering questions, offering guests something hot or cold to drink to listening to a customer with a valid complaint.
We know our dealer, John Holt, has a passion for people, whether it’s helping an employee, or taking care of one our guests. John has had over 35 years’ experience in this business and has brought that experience to Chickasha back in 1999 when he started this business and still today his passion is probably burning brighter today then the day he started.
Matter of fact when he was searching for a tag line for the dealership he asked employees, customers and friends what they thought. One of them said “If I know you like I do, the hardest thing to do when purchasing a vehicle from you, John, would probably be picking their favorite color.” And so the tag line was born 17 years ago and customers still today tell John the hardest thing I had to do is pick my favorite color, meaning that the sales and service process was transparent and totally effortless. “That’s why I continue to do business here year after year and vehicle after vehicle.”

Bought a Chevrolet Traverse from Grant Gleckler at John Holt Chevrolet, It was an easy going and friendly atmosphere. The vehicle was a used 2023 with low miles and it looks like a Brand New car. Title: Horrible Experience with John Holt Chevrolet – Avoid This Dealership! We purchased a truck from John Holt Chevrolet, and it broke down just 10 days after buying it. It was only the second time Avoid This Dealership! We purchased a truck from John Holt Chevrolet, and it broke down just 10 days after buying it. It was only the second time we drove it. After bringing it to their attention, we found out the engine needs to be completely rebuilt. We called the dealership hoping they would stand behind the truck they sold us, but I never got a call back. In frustration, I posted a review on Facebook about my experience, and within minutes, the sales manager called me – but not to offer help. He was rude, confrontational, and more focused on complaining about my review than offering any sort of resolution. He told me that since we drove the truck off the lot, it was now our problem, and they would not be doing anything to help. It’s clear that John Holt Chevrolet doesn't care about their customers once they’ve made a sale. If you want a dealership that will stand behind their vehicles and do the right thing when something goes wrong, this is not the place for you. We’ve been told by other dealerships, like our local Ford dealership, that they would have helped us in this situation. Run, don't walk, to any other dealership. John Holt Chevrolet will not take care of you when things go wrong. More
