We brought our truck in for shuddering while accelerating, transmission flush and new fluid fixed this issue which was covered but after getting our truck back we now have a noise when we turn t accelerating, transmission flush and new fluid fixed this issue which was covered but after getting our truck back we now have a noise when we turn the wheel. I texted as soon as the sound was noticed and was told “it’s the break pads”. I explained it wasn’t the breaks because they were newer (last 3 months) and we were not pressing the break when we heard the noise. They looked at it again and decided to replace some other part and they didn’t hear the noise when driving. After several weeks the reply part arrived, they fixed it and I asked that they check the front differential fluid, they did and said it’s was full. We still have a vehicle that makes a noise when turning and it never made this noise before. They say they can’t fix it since they don’t ever hear it. While I’m happy they fixed the original issue they screwed something up and say they can’t fix it. Our warranty has now expired so any issue they do find will no longer be covered. For this reason alone I do not recommend them and I’m not thrilled that they created a problem that wasn’t there before and have done NOTHING to fix it. More
