I give this rating because the service people at John Hirsch always make me feel like I am a great customer. I am on social security and always need the lowest price on whatever I need. Jon goes above Hirsch always make me feel like I am a great customer. I am on social security and always need the lowest price on whatever I need. Jon goes above and beyond to do this for me. He just serched for tires for me that were good but in a price range I could afford. He always takes care of me and makes me feel like I am one of his best customers. I purchased my last two cars from you and now Jon takes care of all of my service work. I walk out of there feeling like I am your most important customer. The gal at the front desk is always friendly and laughs with me. Thank you John Jirsh and especially Jon. More
11-19-12 On November 1, 2012 my husband and I dropped 11-19-12 On November 1, 2012 my husband and I dropped off our 2006 Chevy Equinox at John Hirsh's Cambridge Motors to have a simple repair done (the h 11-19-12 On November 1, 2012 my husband and I dropped off our 2006 Chevy Equinox at John Hirsh's Cambridge Motors to have a simple repair done (the heat wasn't working and needed a new part that was still covered under warranty). We also asked for an oil change and to check the "Check Engine" light in the car. We received a phone call the day of drop off stating the part had to be ordered and that they would call us when the vehicle repair was completed. We did not receive a phone call from the business. Over a week went by, so my husband called them. They said that our vehicle was already picked up. My husband told them that we did not pick it up. He was put on hold and an employee went to check on it. He got back on the phone and said "oh yes, the blue equinox." My husband said it was black. So eventually we picked up our vehicle. The check engine light was still on... We got about ten miles down the road when I noticed a crack in the windshield. We called the company immediately. The employee told us that the service manager would not be in until Monday and to call back at that time. On Monday my husband called back and explained the situation to another employee. This employee told us to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday and have the manager take a look at it. We brought the vehicle in on Wednesday and they began to tell us we "hit a rock" and that it wasn't their fault. My husband told them that a rock did not hit the windshield. He was very upset but the employee was not understanding. The employee said "well sometimes when we have vehicles up on the jack the windshield stretches and can crack." My husband said "so it was you guys?" The employee said that he could not say either way. The employee told us we can leave the vehicle their to be looked at and investigated on. He also told us the check engine light would be repaired. We left the vehicle there. About 6 days later, after not one phone call, my husband called back and asked what the status was of the fix. The front desk worker (young teenager) said everything looked finished and that she would have the customer service service rep call him back. The service rep called back and said everything was fixed except for the windshield; he said he didn't know if it was our fault or theirs. He said he would talk to the manager and call us back. Instead of waiting around, my husband called John Hirsh himself. John Hirsh began to tell us that he would take care of it and would talk to the service rep and see what was going on. He stayed on the phone with my husband and said the service rep came to the conclusion it wasn't their fault. The service rep apparently talked with his manager and they said they were sure it wasn't them. So after a long three weeks we left with a broken windshield and broken LED lights. Not only is this ridiculous, the staff and manger were very rude. They could not give us a reason why it wasn't their fault. We drove from Cambridge to East Bethel, on highway 65, and did not hit anything that would cause the windshield to crack. We will NEVER go back there. This is not something my husband, who recently returned from war, needs to go through. I am upset and now have to pay $500 to get the windshield fixed. More

I was very pleased with the service I received. Jon kept me informed as to what was taking place with the transfer case. When I got the bill their was NO surprises, I could of written out the check before I me informed as to what was taking place with the transfer case. Service was excellent, people were great! Very friendly, got my car fixed right the first time and price was reasonable. Felt confident that I was not being taken advantage of. John in the service department was very rude. I went in for an oil change and for them to lossen my lug nuts. John told me that he would have to charge me for lossening one lug nut cause the cap was off. T for an oil change and for them to lossen my lug nuts. They also cracked my "built in hub cap" when I called to complain he told me it was my fault and that they would not take responsibility. They didn't loosen the lug nuts cause they also said that wasn't their fault. John then proceeded to tell me its my fault cause you are suppose to loosen your lug nuts every 6,000-8,000 miles, which is dangerous. I will not go there ever again, I bought the vehicle from them originally. More
