Loaner car availability a problem I had to take our 2013 Grand Caravan R/T back in for a 3rd visit for the same code, Oil Pressure, in less than 2 months. 1st time I had to wait 2 days I had to take our 2013 Grand Caravan R/T back in for a 3rd visit for the same code, Oil Pressure, in less than 2 months. 1st time I had to wait 2 days for a loaner car, and they had it for a little over 2 weeks because of a part back order. 2nd time a loaner was available right away. They did what Chrysler told them to do which I thought was a joke, change oil , filter and flash the computer. 3rd time , no loaner . I understand that they have to follow what Chrysler says for warranty work , and they were quick on this end . But the dealership should have loaners available for people with warranty work. I had to depend on others for transportation. We did buy this new from Hirsch. The service department has always been good to me , even though I did not buy them from there ( 2 trucks).I've worked with John Hammer a few times over the years and he's always been good, even when he is extremely busy with others needs. More

Service I brought my car in for a issue and I was treated very good at the start of bringing my car in. TERRIBLE!!! I bought a vehicle and problems started to occur. I took it back and was treated very poorly by all management. They go out of their way for you I was very happy with the service I received from Hirsh's. They work very hard to accommodate you. By 10:00 the next morning they called telling me they had it finished, and put the repair bill and key above my visor for me to pick up after work. I work long hours on road construction, so it is great to have a dealership that works with you however they can. More

Easy scheduling I scheduled to have a glass chip repaired and also get my hands free system repaired. And I needed the trunk sensor repaired as well. They were able to get me in the next morning with less than 24hrs notice. Excellent, friendly staff. It does take time to get the work done during the appt, but after having a wheel fall off using a local quick lube, the time is worth it! And they provide a shuttle to anywhere you need to go in town. In the past they have even had a loaner car available for me for over night service. Thanks! More
