Service appointment I had a few things to repair, parts needed to be ordered. After picking up my truck, I noticed my headlights were flickering, so I popped the hood to I had a few things to repair, parts needed to be ordered. After picking up my truck, I noticed my headlights were flickering, so I popped the hood to find one of my headlights was never retightened- which luckily I could fix myself. My tire pressure also was not checked after the rotation. Overall, good service and Hirsch has been very good to me in the past. More
Not good almost eight hour oil change Well went in for the first oil change for my 2015 Chevy 2500hd with the plow package. There were a few things I had them look at like the electrical Well went in for the first oil change for my 2015 Chevy 2500hd with the plow package. There were a few things I had them look at like the electrical system, because when using the plow everything electrical would shutdown for a brief second. They tell me my plow pulls to many amps and I need another battier. Why would I buy a plow package and not be able to take it off the lot and plow with it? Then find out it wont handle a 8'6" vplow without spending more money and time to fix the problem that I thought wouldn't be a problem because of the optional plow package. The plow situation isn't so much the dealers fault but I did drop the truck off at seven thirty am and they shuttled me back to work which was really nice. I was told it would take three to four hours to complete and they will call when it's done. I never received a call so I called at one thirty to see what's going on because I needed to be somewhere at three. They lady that I talked to in service was no help she could tell me if my truck was done or if someone could come pick me up. All she could tell me that I had to wait until the person that set up my service time to get back from lunch. WHAT A JOKE I was starting to get a little frustrated because I needed my truck and an oil change and to check how much amps a plow pulls does not take six hours to do! So once the other lady called me back twenty minutes later magically my truck was done. So I told them needed to picked up right away and they said we will get the drive headed out right now. An half hour goes by and no one came to pick me up so I called they tell me she just left so now it's two thirty and now I'm going to be late for my other business that I need to get at three. I didn't get picked up tell three thirty so say the least I was a little upset. The lady that picked me up was really nice and it was convenient for the shuttled but to take almost eight hours to change oil is ridiculous to me. Communication between me and the person that schedules the appointment horrible, service time horrible, Sales and finance personnel seem to be good people but horrible at their job and not helpful. Faster than expected I took my car in for the ignition switch recall. When i made the appointment i was told it would take an hour and a half, but Hirsh's had me out of th I took my car in for the ignition switch recall. Fabulous Customer Service Took my caddy in for 30k mile inspection and oil change. They prompty rescheduled me when I had to change it. A youn man greeted me at the door with a huge smile, put his coat on and ran around the building guiding me in the service garage introducing me to the service gal named Rachel. She was bright, friendly, and very attentive. She brought me to the waiting room and showed me every amenity available during my wait. Customer service like that is worth more than a million in marketing. Take good care of them!! More

$ 100.00 wasted After getting 2 recalls done on my car, I noticed that it was leaking inside on passenger side from under the dash. I had to make another appointment and after waiting for 2 hours and being told that the mechanic had seen this before and would have it fixed in less than 20 minutes... ( They had my dash already taken apart so I had no choice but to okay them to work on it) I was handed my keys and told " We need more time to figure this out so you`ll need to come back in " Then I was handed a bill for almost $ 100,00. When I asked why I should pay for the service when it was not fixed, I was told " Well he did work on it and try to figure it out for almost an hour " . I cannot believe that this is the way you treat your customers. We will be looking for another dealer / mechanic to work on all of our vehicles from now on. More

They still wanted me to talk to financing and see what i could get. I went elsewhere. Then after buying my 07 Tahoe I took it to dealership to have key fobs programmed. I was there 30 min then told that they were unable to program them as there is something wrong with the truck. If i wanted it diagnosed it would be $65 to do so. I refused. Then took them another 30 min to "wrap up my vehicle" What did they have to put back together that took so long. Was very unhappy that they did charge for every little thing. for them to try it was $50, that is crazy. I will not be going back there for any service or purchasing and will not be recommending them to anyone. More
