Great dealership; however this is the first time I was a bit disappointed in the service since bringing my car to Cambridge Motors when I purchased it in 2017. My oil change appointment was for 7 am. I wa bit disappointed in the service since bringing my car to Cambridge Motors when I purchased it in 2017. My oil change appointment was for 7 am. I was asked to be there at 6:50 am to complete the necessary paperwork for the oil change. I arrived at 6:45 a.m. I sat waiting for the door to open, watching several associates walking around. The door did not go up until exactly 7 am. There was no acknowledgement of my waiting to drive in. Also, when I received the invoice upon completion of the oil change and multi point inspection, the sheet showing the multi point inspection results was not attached (even though the invoice indicated that I was given a copy). I went back into the shop to get a copy of the inspection sheet, but was told that she could not print it because the ticket had been closed. I always take the vehicle for the oil change and my husband always looks at the inspection sheet for the results and if there were areas that needed attention. He was very disappointed when I only came home with the invoice. If I could get a copy of that multi inspection sheet emailed to me at bonlmurphy@yahoo.com, it would be greatly appreciated.
