Service was excellent, people were great! Very friendly, got my car fixed right the first time and price was reasonable. Felt confident that I was not being taken advantage of. John in the service department was very rude. I went in for an oil change and for them to lossen my lug nuts. John told me that he would have to charge me for lossening one lug nut cause the cap was off. T for an oil change and for them to lossen my lug nuts. They also cracked my "built in hub cap" when I called to complain he told me it was my fault and that they would not take responsibility. They didn't loosen the lug nuts cause they also said that wasn't their fault. John then proceeded to tell me its my fault cause you are suppose to loosen your lug nuts every 6,000-8,000 miles, which is dangerous. I will not go there ever again, I bought the vehicle from them originally. More
My mother brought in a keyless remote for the vehicle she purchased new in 2004 because it stopped working. I replaced the battery but it didn't resolve the problem. When she returned they said they couldn't purchased new in 2004 because it stopped working. I replaced the battery but it didn't resolve the problem. When she returned they said they couldn't repair it, when I got home I opened up the device and found that the spring clip holding the battery in place was missing. She returned to the dealer the next day and asked where the missing piece had gone and was told they didn't know and they had never opened up the device. Tell me how they determined the device wasn't repairable, we all know they opened it up and probably lost the clip or broke then denied everything. Now she has one useless device. If you mess something up, admit it and make it right with the customer! This is how you stiff your customers? I can understand why women feel they are being taken advantage of by car service dealers. John our service manager went above and beyond in helping us with our recent repairs. We are new customers to Hirsch's Motors having moved into the area within the last two years. I have bought two cars at John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors, both since we moved to the Cambridge/Isanti area in 2007.. We have dealt with Kevin in the Service Dept., and all of the employees have done excelle both since we moved to the Cambridge/Isanti area in 2007.. We have dealt with Kevin in the Service Dept., and all of the employees have done excellent work for us. We have had the exhaust, steering, gaskets, wheel bearings and other work done on our cars over the past six years. We have been driving Buick automobiles since 1980 (twelve of them: 9 new and 3 used). Everyone is welcoming and friendly when you arrive. They keep you updated on any changes (prior to performing the service) to your original purpose for bringing your car in.
