Great service! !! Transmission went out on my vehicle and I left 2 messages at the dealer I bought vehicle at and did not even receive a call back. Called John Hir !! Transmission went out on my vehicle and I left 2 messages at the dealer I bought vehicle at and did not even receive a call back. Called John Hirsch Chevy and was able to speak to service tech Bailey Hibbert right away and made appointment same day to have car evaluated. She was able to get parts ordered same day and service completed in several days. Will buy my next vehicle from John Hirsch and all my remaining service will be done at John Hirsch on this vehicle!
