The worst service department I have ever been to. The service department was very rude disrespectful and not willing to help in any way. I will never go there again n do not recommend that anyone else stop there either. Waste of time the only thing you will get is frustrated. More

We saw the 2015 VW Beetle on line. When we called about it I’m pretty sure they thought no way these people from Shreveport, Louisiana are going to buy this beetle from over 1000 miles When we called about it I’m pretty sure they thought no way these people from Shreveport, Louisiana are going to buy this beetle from over 1000 miles away! But we did! Shane was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew as much about the car as possible. He took 3 videos for us and put our minds at ease since we were purchasing it long distance. They even held the vehicle for us for almost 3 weeks and even picked us up from the airport to get us to the car. Hands down, Shane ROCKS!
