I brought my 2015 Suburban in to have the transmission replaced under a third-party warranty. Upon inspection they noticed a small oil pan leak as well and asked if I wanted that fixed as well. Drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle was very easy and without issue. The service and speed of repair I was provided with was second to none that I've been a part of. I dropped the vehicle off on a Saturday. The transmission was deemed unrepairable on Monday. The new trans was in their possession the following Friday of the same week. And by end of day the next Monday, it was complete. I got my vehicle back that evening, but also found that evening, a large oil stain on the driveway, beneath the oil pan that was replaced. I notified the dealership and they asked to bring it in as soon as I could and they'd get it repaired. Upon further inspection, it turned out the oil pan installed had a flaw on the sealing surface and would not seal. My vehicle was returned to me to use, while the new part was ordered(about a week). It showed up on the next Friday. I brought my vehicle back in the following Monday for replacement of the oil pan. That was two days ago. No leaks so far and all is good. I worked with Tom at the dealership and everything was done at "my convenience" They were stand-up and courteous, and I appreciate every effort they put forth to repair my vehicle. Thank you Tom, service techs, and John Hirsch. Job(s) very well done. More

This was the second time in a week and a half I had my vehicle in for service. My usb ports were not hooked up correctly, my blower fan was making noise, and I can still smell antifreeze. I had it in a we vehicle in for service. My usb ports were not hooked up correctly, my blower fan was making noise, and I can still smell antifreeze. I had it in a week prior for a new heater core (that’s what they told me the smell of antifreeze was). They fixed the usb ports and blower fan. The tech said he could not smell antifreeze but he could smell exhaust. He told me bold my manifolds were cracked and needed to be replaced. Tech said he test drove it several times and could not smell antifreeze. Guess what… it still smells like antifreeze when I walk in front of my vehicle and pull into my garage. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this service center. They simply do not listen to their customers. More
