Bought a used vehicle I was very pleased from the start. I made an appt & took in my 2014 Ford Explorer for a recall. They were going to replace the recalled part & servi I was very pleased from the start. I made an appt & took in my 2014 Ford Explorer for a recall. They were going to replace the recalled part & service the vehicle. They called me that AM & said my back brakes & rotors needed replaced. I said to go ahead & fix them. I had looked at Beford Ford website the day before & noticed a newer used Explorer that interested me. I talked with Daryl 1st, as he's helped me in the past. I connected with Curt & worked with him & Daryl for trading in my vehicle & buying the used car. They were all very polite & handled things very professionally. I would definitely recommend them & work with them in the future. More

Ford Focus I was worried after just purchasing a used Focus from a private owner, and within 2 weeks the "service transmission now" light came on. Before Ford Se I was worried after just purchasing a used Focus from a private owner, and within 2 weeks the "service transmission now" light came on. Before Ford Service Dept. got our car in the very next day when I called. I thought they were just going to trouble shoot the issue and expected the worse.....a giant transmission expense. Much to my surprise, they called in about 2 hours and said, the cars ready to go, all fixed, no cost to you it was under an extended warranty from Ford on this issue. They also had performed the recall on the fuel tank. This was the most pleasant, and quick service appointment EVER! Their service team was friendly, accommodating, and so nice to work with! You've earned a new family of customers for certain! More
