Trina, thank you for the feedback. We strive to ensure our clients are able to get ahold of us and schedule with ease. With our receptionist, they are able to take calls and transfer to the proper department. Once they transfer you to our service advisors (at our Ford location), they can take a look at your files and have a better understanding of how we can assist, and they are the same service advisors you would see if you come in. And of course, you can always come in to schedule or discuss upcoming services and we'd be happy to assist :) Thanks again for the feedback, as it helps us understand how to improve our systems.
