Lisa the sales person was great. The truck she sold me at no fault of her own has been in the shop twice now, this time for 3 days and the inept service department can't seem to fix it. Also, the only way I no fault of her own has been in the shop twice now, this time for 3 days and the inept service department can't seem to fix it. Also, the only way I get an update is if I call them! I've had it for 2 months and have only put 1500 miles on it. 1st new truck I ever have been able to purchase and the whole experience has been ruined for me. It squeaks and rattles like it is already worn out. God knows what I will be getting back when they get done with it, but it sure won't be a new truck anymore. Truck has all kinds of suspension issues, I don’t think it was ever checked out in the shop. They said the oil was changed but the light on the dash said it needed changed.
