Reading the other reviews that were posted over a year ago would show a general trend in poor customer service and bad ratings. However, I was recently contacted by this dealership regarding my review. This effort, combined with recent reviews that are much more positive in nature, would imply to me that changes have been made in the ways this dealership operates. Whether that means new leadership, or simply a realization of the necessity of good customer service - I don't know. Either way, someone at this dealership has been making an effort to improve their reputation. October, 2009: I live in PA. I spoke with a very friendly salesman (Chris) everyday for a week, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. That following Saturday I made the 7 hour trip to buy the vehicle. The salesman called to see how the trip was going, if we hit snow, and to see when we expected to arrive. The vehicle was sold 20 minutes before we got there. The salesman was genuinely sorry and informed me the manager refused to hold the vehicle. The sales manager was completely unapologetic and unconcerned. He refused to speak to me in the showroom or his office, only in the parking lot. Before I said a single word, he said "I don't know what you expect me to do, the truck is sold." He showed no remorse or regret for my near 700 mile, 14 hour wasted trip. Regardless of policy, this situation was simply a matter of good business practices. What occurred was wrong, and the manager did nothing to correct it. I will acknowledge I did lose my temper, and made my opinion known. However this was only after being treated with complete disrespect. I will NEVER consider any purchase from this dealership and highly recommend others be cautious if customer service is a priority. We were in the middle of our family move from California to New Jersey when a spindle on the left rear wheel of one of our cars (Dodge) broke and was wobbling. I experienced what felt like the backend stee to New Jersey when a spindle on the left rear wheel of one of our cars (Dodge) broke and was wobbling. I experienced what felt like the backend steering itself and throwing the car left and right on the freeway, and then some sound of metal scraping metal has developed from the back. This was on Eastbound I-70 and my car stopped near the exit to the town called Heath, Ohio. I called the AAA towing, and they said a Chrysler dealer was within 10 miles of my breakdown... What luck.

When we got there, it was 3 pm, and they couldn't get the part in that same day, so we had to stay in a motel near the dealership... But they got the part early the next morning, installed it, and has our car all ready to go by about noon at the latest. The service was fantastic - competent, friendly, courteous, timely. They got us moving again and have had no spindle problems since! :)

They really rescued us in the time of need, when the money were seriously limited and the time was tight. Thank you so much Tri-County Chrysler Service Personnel! More
