I went in to Tri County no knowing if I would trade in my 2008 Jeep for a 2011. Mike Smith was super informative about talking VALUE. I went from a 2WD 4 door model to a 4WD 2 door model. Traded up 3 year 2008 Jeep for a 2011. Mike Smith was super informative about talking VALUE. I went from a 2WD 4 door model to a 4WD 2 door model. Traded up 3 years, got 4WD, new warranty, didn't have to replace existing tires AND they worked with me on price. This is the 3rd car I've bought at this dealership. They know customer service. Purchased the car on New Year's eve, even the service manager came in to say hello. Spoke with both the owners, Jim & Tim, they have a great staff. I recommend Tri County to all! More
Billy Sanders was very friendly, helpfull, and knowledgeable. He gave us time to decide. The financing options were very good, we did get the prince and payment we wanted. My husband and I purchased a used car as is and we did not see any visable damage. On the way home we realized something was wrong with the steering and after farther investigation we realized the strut t not see any visable damage. On the way home we realized something was wrong with the steering and after farther investigation we realized the strut tower was rusted out. Knowing we were told there was regular matinance issues we paid $2500.00 cash and assumed we could fix the minor problems but not a rusted out shock tower that no doubt our sales man knew about and neglected to tell us about. This was to be a family vehicle and our sales man knew this. I feel that it is very sad that he would risk my family's safty all for a sale. Everyone was friendly and very nice. However, friendly and nice are NOT substitutes for the quality and safty we expected to find. Not to mention the honesty that was majorly lacking from our sales man. In this economy $2500.00 is a lot of money to just through away. After informing our sales man of the damage to the strut tower he asked us to bring it back and they would refund the money to us. After buying the car as is I do respect our sales man for making it right with us. More

Our experience was awesome. Normally I despise the entire car buying experience but this was painless. I have been looking at cars on the internet for a few weeks now and could not find the one i wanted in the Columbus, OH area. I broadened my search to within an hour of the city. I found the 2003 Subaru weeks now and could not find the one i wanted in the Columbus, OH area. I broadened my search to within an hour of the city. I found the 2003 Subaru Outback that i was looking for. Steve, was very informative on the phone answering my questions to the best of his ability. Once i was able to drive to the dealership, i test drove the car, loved it and was out the door in under two hours. Thanks to all the employees at Tri-County Chrystler Products. They say what they'll do and they do what they say. They point out potential problems, but they don't scare you into emergency repairs.
