My wife and I went to Tri County Chrysler to buy a 2013 T&C Van.We called ahead to make sure they had some in stock. Our salesman was Matt and he did a good job in presenting the 2 vans in stock. The first v T&C Van.We called ahead to make sure they had some in stock. Our salesman was Matt and he did a good job in presenting the 2 vans in stock. The first van he pulled from the lot did not have enough gas in it to drive around the block. We decided to test drive the other 2013 van on lot. After test drive I wanted to talk price. Matt came out with a price of $$. Then I asked him about the ad in the newspaper offering 6 months free gas. He said that ad expired last week then I pulled out the newspaper which was printed that day.By this time we are talking to the sales manager Jessie, he said the quoted price included the gas card. I was OK with this but unhappy but we continued on with the sale and agreed on a price. Really it was not until after the sale and Matt was explaining the Vans options we found out that this car was a dealer demonstrator the sirius radio subscription only has 6 months left, only 1 key fob, over 6000 miles on it, no rear floor mats, and drivers windshield wiper not wiping window. For over a week they were trying to locate the previous driver to find the missing items. These things we can live with but the customer service we received was very poor. After repeated calls It took 10 days before they decided to make us a new key, replace the windshield wiper, give us the wireless headphones for the DVD and floor mats. At first Jessie said he ordered the wrong color mats and we would have to wait even longer for the proper ones. We have been patient up until this point but after a word or two he somehow found matching floor mats. What upsets us the most is while we were there waiting on the key fob to be made no one came out to greet us and talk about how we like our new car or if we had any questions. More
Working with service department is nothing less than a joke! Service manager is obviously not qualified for the job, and does not communicate with technicians, a waste of time explaining the problem. In joke! Service manager is obviously not qualified for the job, and does not communicate with technicians, a waste of time explaining the problem. In stead of inspecting vehicle and looking for the problem it gets wrote off with a stupid excuse of what could of happened. I am fed up with excuses and faulty work and worthless guaranties that problem is fixed. I am not going to continue being a guinea pig to test your repairs. This truck has an ongoing issue called the ram death wobble! Google dodge death wobble, hundreds of people have this problem although I have been told by George that this has never happened, and is unusual. As a service manager dodge has issued bulletins on this problem, obviously you did not read yours! I refuse to trade this truck off to an unexpected family, I have tried to get this replaced with no luck, tri counties you bought it you deal with it philosophy. So I am currently in a battle with chryslers attorneys to settle this issue. Think twice before you purchase a vehicle from Tri County Dodge!! More
I liked the fact that they weren't all over us the minute we stepped on the lot. Sales Rep is relatively new to the business and was not particularly knowledgeable about the product, but he was friend minute we stepped on the lot. Sales Rep is relatively new to the business and was not particularly knowledgeable about the product, but he was friendly, helpful, and got us answers from others. They offered a very good price - below invoice, below Edmond's TMV, and sealing the deal was relatively straightforward and without a lot of BS. I suspect old-fashioned car buying on the lot will soon be a thing of the past, but this was a positive experience and I'd visit this dealer again. More
After having a very unpleasant experience at another dealer we decided to go to Tri-County since we have heard alot of good things about them. Even with as busy as the showroom was at the time, things r dealer we decided to go to Tri-County since we have heard alot of good things about them. Even with as busy as the showroom was at the time, things ran smoothly. We went over what our situation was with Josh and we ended getting financed when never thought we could. Next thing we know we are looking at cars and taking an Avenger for a test drive. Thank you for a great car buying experience! We love our Avenger! More

We had been having some issues with our Dodge Charger stalling while we are driving it, and had it looked at several service shops who told us that they are coming up with codes on the diagnostic that on stalling while we are driving it, and had it looked at several service shops who told us that they are coming up with codes on the diagnostic that only a dealership could handle. We called Tri-County 3 times before we decided to bring it in for service and was told each time that they would need to run another diagnostic to determine the issues. We were fine with that because we needed the problem fixed, so we had the car towed into the shop and even spoke to someone while the car was in route to the dealership and was assured they could handle the situation. $500 later we drive away from the dealership and the car stalls and the engine light comes on within 5 minutes of leaving. My husband called every single day to speak to the General Manager and was given the run around each time. He finally found out after he loses his temper several times that they never even ran a diagnostic check on the car and only did the manufacturer required updates and sent us on our way. Seriously, what happened to the 4 times we discussed the issue? Why was the car never driven and tested? My husband was finally told that they can figure anything out without having the car, to which my husband said you had it for 3 days and nothing was figured out then. We both are working and getting out there to have them look at the car again is inconvenient and just unacceptable. We found the time and took it in any way and all that was done this time was check the coils, the car was stalling not back firing on us. We were told they could not figure out what was wrong with our car and given back again. We are our 4 days and $500 and have the same issues we had to begin with. Not sure why a dealership who is certified by Dodge cannot figure out what is causing their car to stall and restart while driving. The staff was incompetent and just didn't want to deal with us. They never offered a refund or an apology and never once said they had a loaner car we could use while they took their time to figure out the issue we already paid for. To say the least the service department will be reported to the BBB, I will also be contacting Dodge to make this complaint formal. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We will be buying another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product as that is what we love, but we will drive out of our way to do so. More
Wonderful dealership with honest employees who really do seem to care about their customers. I as provided with a bevy of options, and each option was explained to me clearly. They didn't rush me to "make seem to care about their customers. I as provided with a bevy of options, and each option was explained to me clearly. They didn't rush me to "make a sale"; they allowed me to take all the time I needed to make an important decision. The finance department was wonderful and courteous, including the individual I dealt with. I highly recommend take a trip to this dealership the next time you buy or lease a vehicle. More
Paid $16000 for a used car that was supposed to top notch shape and inspected by their 110 pt guarentee inspection but, the brakes were worn down and tearing into the rotors and the cd player was broke. I to shape and inspected by their 110 pt guarentee inspection but, the brakes were worn down and tearing into the rotors and the cd player was broke. I took my car there less than a week after I bought it and they tokd me it was sold as is and did not a guarantee so it is going to cost me about $500 to get it fixed when I already spent $16000 on it. They were all very rude to me. More
