Laid back This was a laid back sales experience. They weren't pushy and were easy to deal with (which was the opposite of my experience at Hendrick Chevrolet in This was a laid back sales experience. They weren't pushy and were easy to deal with (which was the opposite of my experience at Hendrick Chevrolet in Raleigh). Fernando Alvarado was a great salesman and a pleasure to work with. The only disappointing aspect was being caught off guard by the terrible Chevy finance rate. To get a $1000 discount you have to finance with Chevy, but when the Chevy rate is 6% you end up paying more in interest than the rebate. Chevy needs to rectify this. Luckily the finance manager was able to find a much lower rate and they were willing to take $500 off to make up for the loss of the rebate. More

Very bad experience I made the mistake of going here to purchase a car that I saw online. Big mistake. Of course the vehicle that was still online had been sold by the sa I made the mistake of going here to purchase a car that I saw online. Big mistake. Of course the vehicle that was still online had been sold by the same salesman as ours the day before. The old bait and switch.We were treated ok while there but the problems rolled on afterwards. We stated firmly to Scott to relay to everyone involved that only 1 credit check be run on our credit, a month later 5 checks initiated from here shows up on our credit report. The sales manager still has not answered the calls or emails about this. We paid to have the license and registration filed and sent to us but it took over 2 months to get this completed after many,many calls and emails. The salesman Scott was like a stone wall when we asked for anything and we had to send numerous emails to get anything done. It was like they were saying "We have your money so don't bother calling about anything". They were also very shady by selling us a "CHEVY CERTIFIED"car but failed to tell us that we had a few days to return it if we wanted to. No one at the company will address that last issue so be prepared to find your own information BEFORE going here IF you are crazy enough to go here. More
