This Review is for the Lillington Chevrolet Service Dept Don’t ever use this dealership. Their customer service is appalling and they don’t care about their customers. I purchased a 2008 BMW 5 series in Dec Don’t ever use this dealership. Their customer service is appalling and they don’t care about their customers. I purchased a 2008 BMW 5 series in Dec 17 with an extended warranty. The car developed a major issue and they refused to honor the warranty. And they charged me a needless $300 for a battery that was not the cause of the issue. Run for the hills!! More

Terrible Customer Service -- Flawed Warranty Was sold a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle that was backed by a "172-point inspection". They checked off a bunch of boxes without actually inspecting anything. The cruise control didn't work, windshield wiper sprayer didn't work, and I found the previous owner's cell phone and personal belongings in the vehicle. How do I know that the engine and transmission are good if they didn't check anything else? Also their customer support was the worst. I was told that my complaint was valid but not their responsibility - "Human Error" was what they said. Philip Allen - fixed operations manager - never answered my calls about the issue either (I called ~50 times) - was always busy or out. Worst customer service and worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. I will never buy a GM vehicle again or even recommend them. More
